Palace extends Munoz until 2028 to prevent Red Devils

Munoz joined from Genk in January 2024 and has scored six goals and provided ten assists in 54 appearances for the Eagles. 

“From the first day I join, I felt the energy of Selhurst Park – it’s my home now,” Daniel told the club’s official website. 

Meanwhile, club chairman Steve Parish sees the extension as a testament to the team’s ambitions.

“This is great news for Crystal Palace,” added Parish. 

“Daniel is a true professional, you can see that in every game and every training session.” 

“He has made an impact on the team since he arrived in south London last year and I am delighte that Munoz has chosen to commit his future to the club.” 

The 28- year-old has been link with a move to United in the past. Because he plays as a wing-back, a position that head coach Ruben Amorim is looking for, and can attack and defend .
